About the Role:
- Full-Time Position – Mainly office-based.
As a Project Engineer, you’ll work to enhance operational efficiency, improve safety, and help deliver cost-effective solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and drive innovation across key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert on-site technical assessments and troubleshooting for steam and gas turbines, including associated control systems.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations clearly communicating findings, recommendations, and proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute actively to project planning and budgeting, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing our service offerings and maintaining a competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, providing valuable insights and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of large-scale industrial steam and gas turbines within the Oil & Gas sector, including experience with Siemens, GE, Alstom, Roll Royce, Ethos assets.
- Proficient in both oral and written Technical English.
- Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in demanding environments.
- Deep understanding of turbine control systems and relevant software (e.g., Siemens PCS7, GE Mark VIe, data analysis software such as MATLAB and Python).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills; ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
- Proficiency in data analysis software.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the SEA/APAC region.

Serve as the primary point of contact between IMPAC and local stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and partners. Qualifications:

Experience:
