An acknowledged completer and methodical, well organised planner, one who listens to the customers and drives his management team whereby placing them both in the center point of daily activities with his full attention.

Colin Mcilhatton
COO & Group Technical Director

Recognized as a Certified Practicing Portfolio Executive (CPPE) by the Australian Institute of Project Management, Colin also holds a Graduate Diploma in Portfolio Management. Colin began his career with City & Guilds of London engineering trade qualifications. He currently holds certifications including the IIW and IWI S International Institute of Welding Inspection Diplomas. His primary focus is on delivering professional project services and ensuring successful project outcomes that consistently meet or exceed client expectations.

H.K. Saxena
Group Director of Operations - India

H.K leads the IMPAC Groups affiliates in India, SNI INDIA LLP and CPS IMPAC Pvt Ltd both of which are leading consultants and suppliers of corrosion protection solutions for the Industrial coating and cathodic protection sectors. H.K has a total of 22 years of experience. Team India is always ambitious to develop new and/or modify existing technologies to better assist clients to meet their requirements and are experts in their areas providing, when necessary, problem-solving techniques and advice.

Kevin Young
Operations Dir. Asset Integrity Mgt.

Kevin Young is Operations Director in the Asset Integrity Management section, and has 40 years’ experience in gas, oil and energy operations. Kevin has operated as Integrity Engineer with British Gas & National Grid prior to leaving the UK with responsibility for ensuring compliance to pipeline legislation (PSR, PSSR, COMAH etc.). He also had responsibility for delivering strategic CAPEX investment projects. He is also a professional Engineer and Lead Asset Management Auditor.

Igor Nefedov
Head of Gas Distribution and Transmission

Igor has worked in the gas industry since 1996 as engineer and manager specializing in design, processing and operation. He has extensive international experience working in Russia, Central Asian countries, China, Serbia, Tanzania, Thailand and Middle East. He has led front end engineering (FEED), development of pressure regulating stations, control and measurement systems, compressor
units, metering skids, and gas treatment plants, hydrogen production, transmission and distribution.

Michael Juelich
Group Technical Dir. Energy/Grid Networks

Michael has a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering and possesses solid experience on the mechanical design of electro-mechanical and rotating equipment. As a turbine specialist, he was engaged in many feasibility studies, in the procurement of rehabilitation contracts and following on to the project executions. With his position he also has the sales responsibility for international power consultancy services and leads workshop inspections, site investigations and numerous field measurements.

Klaus
Breddemann
Senior Advisor Marine Op.

Klaus started his seafaring career on a sailing ship at the age of 16. After obtaining his Foreign Going Master license and a degree in Maritime Economics he served on various types of vessels until 1983, when he was Offshore Rig Tow Master to a major Oil Company. Klaus brings with him more than 40 years of hands-on experience. His technical contribution to the industry can meet the requirements of even the most demanding clients and earning their respect.
