All companies within the IMPAC Group are committed to operate within an agreed Code of Conduct that ensures not only the quality, reliability and consistency of our contracts, activities and deliverable, but also promotes compliance with national and international laws on the dignity, rights and safety of our employees, on the protection of the environment, and on the transparency and propriety of our business dealings to avoid any appearance of wrongdoing or corruption.

IMPAC companies will also be diligent in our selection of staff, business advisers or partners to minimize the risk of damage to either the project or to the reputation of our Group and our individual companies, and will provide guidance, training and procedures, where necessary, to ensure that we and all those working for us understand our Code of Conduct, and consequently appreciate that any breach of this Code will be treated seriously, requiring them, for example, to report any attempts at solicitation or bribery by any other party.
