This coating systems is used to prevent corrosion of OIL & Gas pipelines, Tanks, valves, fittings, water treatment facilities and power plants.

Before application all steel surfaces should be clean, dry and free from dust, oil gas, paint. Abrasive blast cleaned to NEAR WHITE as per ISO standard SA2 ½, SSPC-10, SSPC-SP5, NACE 2 and equivalent to give a nominal 50-100 micron profile. Coating is applied by plural feed airless two component hot spray machine to the required thickness on the substrate.
