1994 saw Alan embark on to Scotland where the lure of offshore oil and gas truly took hold. This is where a combination of the hands on experience was combined with a genuine interest in Proactive WHS was started. Upon return to Australia, Alan has extended his professional knowledge in many roles, on high key offshore profiled projects.. Alan has taken his leadership roles combined with entrepreneurial experience and has become a well-known and respected facilitator and assessor in high risk activities, work health safety training and Coaching, including delivering recognised safety qualifications, Certificate 2, 3, and 4 level training and business development / marketing roles. Alan brings with him a proactive, no compromise attitude towards HSE & Q to the IMPAC Group and he looks forwards with eager anticipation to be part of the IMPAC Group’s success now and into the future.
